Now the aches and pains and little body messages suggest that things have not been right for a while and its time for a change. The toxic load has taken another jump upwards. More vulnerable and less constitutionally robust body functions are impaired first. The genes you are expressing are those associated with chronic stress, and moderate exercise no longer has the same refreshing outcome. You have to "work out" to get your high. You have not yet become locked in the kind of self-perpetuating stress that breaks the calming biofeedback loop that allows you to relax, but it could happen soon. The cell's supply of nutrients is lacking and the removal of toxins, your drainage capacity, is below standard.
