Who am I?

I am eons and layers of intelligence, gumption and guts.

I am the Universe playing.

I am the comedy and the tragedy of my own Play.

I shape starlight and starstuff into me and my dreams.

Will you dream with me?

I know what's wrong and what's right with me…

though I pretend at forgetting.

I flourish aligned with grace.

I embrace,

yet run from what grows and loves me.

I am bound

to temper the power of creation

with trust and stewardship of the smallest life.

I am committed to the presence of the sacred in the world

of my children's children.

Healing is not an end

in itself.

Healing has a purpose.

Healing is going home

living life fully.

Illness is a metaphor for what has kept our life smaller than who we are.

Healing is getting in the gut

what the illness has to teach.

Healing is finding

the road of transformation back home

where Love and Compassion Live.
